In this privacy policy, we inform you about the processing of your
personal data in the DimCheck system solution. This includes the
DimCheck.com "Website", the web-based software "Analysis Suite" and
the "Mobile App", collectively referred to in this document as the
"System Solution" where necessary.

2. Personal data
Personal data is information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number, your postal address or the IP address of your computer.

We process your personal data in order to be able to offer you the best possible services and information in this system solution, tailored to you as far as possible.

4.1 Automatically recorded data
We process the following data in order to be able to display the right information for you in our system solution:
- The address of the page you accessed on our website and Analysis Suite
- The address of the website you visited immediately before (the so-called "referrer")
- Date and time of your visit
- The characteristics of your end device, in particular the operating system, the browser used and the window size of your browser
- The IP address of your end device on the Internet
- Randomly assigned identification numbers that we store on your end device. We can use this identification number to recognize your device in our system solution. Technically, these identification numbers are stored in so-called cookies or eTags.

We delete the log data listed in this section 21 days after using the system solution.
4.2 Data provided by you
We also process your personal data if you provide us with personal
data (e.g. first name and surname).
Unless otherwise stated in
the following regulations, the legal basis for the associated data
processing is Art. 6 (1) a) (consent, e.g. in the case of consent to
receive an e-mail newsletter, Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR (contract
fulfillment) or Art. 6 (1) f) (data processing to fulfill our
legitimate interest).
5. Processed data
5.1 User account
The user account is managed by the customer by an administrator
(create, change, delete), who assigns a user name and an initial
password in accordance with internal guidelines. When logging in for
the first time, the end user can choose their own password and a
security PIN.
By means of the "Stay logged in" function, so-called persistent
cookies are stored on the end user's device, which serve to ensure
that the end user does not have to log in again on subsequent visits
to our website. This function is not available to the end user if
they have deactivated the storage of such cookies in their browser
settings.
The account of an end user can be deleted at any time by an
administrator. In this case, personal data will be deleted.
The legal basis for the associated data processing is Art. 6 (1) b)
GDPR, i.e. the fulfillment of the agreement on the provision of the
user account to you.

We may offer all users of our website the option of receiving an e-mail newsletter. Registration takes place by providing an email address and granting the corresponding consent. concerns). After processing your request, we will delete your data.
5.4 App functions
After downloading the app, you will be asked for your consent for
the app to access the photo function of your end device in order to
be able to process images of the load for the purposes of
measurement and other DimCheck.com functionalities. You will also be
asked for your consent for the app to access your location so that
it can share it with the measuring device for the DimCheck.com
functionalities.
The legal basis for the associated data processing is Art. 6 (1) a)
GDPR in conjunction with your consent. You can revoke your consent
at any time in the app. However, this will mean that you will no
longer be able to use all the functionalities of DimCheck.com.
6. Cookies
6.1 User account
Cookies are small text files that are stored by your browser on your
end device to store certain information. The next time you visit
this website with the same device, the information stored in cookies
is subsequently sent back either to this website ("first party
cookie") or to another website to which the cookie belongs ("third
party cookie").
The stored and returned information enables the respective website
to recognize that you have already accessed and visited it with the
browser of your end device. We use this information to optimize the
design and display of the website according to your preferences.
Only the cookie itself is identified on your end device.
Personal data will only be stored with your express consent or if
this is absolutely necessary in order to be able to use the service

due to the activation of IP anonymization "anonymizeIp()" on this
platform, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand
within member states of the European Union or in other contracting
states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in

Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this
